With more than 20 years experience, chef John Chien Lee has worked his way up from the bottom to the tops of some of the biggest restaurants in the world. Chef John began his professional journey at age 16 helping out his uncles restaurant, working and learning every position in the kitchen. After years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas. Chef worked very hard learning from some of the best chefs in the world on the Las Vegas Strip, and eventually became the executive chef of Social House at City Center in Las Vegas.
